This past week has been a calm one compared to the busy bustling of the Home & Garden Show going on the past two weeks. January 14th through the 18th was the annual Dallas Light Show in the Dallas Market Center. This year Drew and Bertie had the chance to attend. Take a look at some of their photos and the wonderful new lighting they’ve discovered for 2015!

Pirce in New Colors!
Introducing the classic Pirce in two new colors!
Pirce is a classic fixture that has had a secure spot in our showroom since we opened our doors in 2008. Until now it has only been available in a white finish, but the tables have turned! Pirce is now available in gold, and titanium, and also as a suspension fixture or a flush mount.
Inspiration: Flush Mounts
Today we are going to share some inspiration for you all in the form of flush mounts. Flush mounts may not seem like the most exciting form of lighting. Often pendants and suspension pieces acquire most of the attention. Flush mounted fixtures can also offer a wonderful aesthetic while not going overboard or blocking your line of sight. Take a look at some of our favorites:
New in 2015!
Hello and Happy New Year! We, here at Switch, hope that 2015 has been treating you all well so far. We’d like to start off this year by giving you a look at some of the new products that have come out in 2015 by a few of our favorite manufactures.
We expect that this year will be a big year for Switch Lighting & Design, and we’re excited to continue this wonderful journey with all of you!
Featuring: Portland
Today we are featuring Portland by Innermost.
Portland is made up of either rough, cast concrete, or smooth, white plaster. It is available in two configurations, and a variety of interior colors.
Portland was designed to work well in grouped clusters, as well as in clean lines. It is a wonderful minimalist addition for any space!
Featuring: Mr-N
Today we are featuring Mr-N by Koncept.
Mr-N is made unique by its arched shape and seamless LED light source. Mr-N features no buttons, which contributes to its clean, minimal design. Simple touch the strip at the base to turn him on or off. Hold your finger on the strip to activate his dimming abilities.
Mr-N is a mere 7.5″ tall, so he can fit most anywhere and fit in with any design aesthetic. Come into our showroom to check him out in person and take him home today!
Featuring: D’E-Light
Today we are featuring D’E-Light by Flos.
D’E-Light is a handy little desk lamp with the ability to charge your iPhone or iPad! It is LED, and features a touch-sensor 3 level dimmer. D’E-Light was designed by Philippe Starck specifically for Flos, and is available in either chrome or black.

Presenting Bend at Switch!
Today we are presenting a new line that is now available here at Switch! Bend is a fun line of furniture, decor, and, of course, lighting!
Bend features a playful collection of light, geometric pieces. They are based out of Los Angeles and are most well known for their fantastic line of seating and trophy heads. Take a look at some of the collection!

Today we are featuring Folium by Tech Lighting!
